THE LEADERSHIP YOU NEED IS ALREADY WITHIN YOU

Coaching grounded in neuroscience
Guided by the deep listening and sharp eye of a journalist who has reported on wars, global economics, and the heart of power.

Recognise this?

You’re a senior leader, a C-level executive, or rising talent in a demanding organisation.
People see you as confident, capable, and in control — and in many ways, you are.
But here’s what they don’t see:
1
You’re under pressure to deliver — fast.
2
You’re always “on” — but clarity is slipping.
3
You’re leading across generations, cultures, functions, and ways of thinking — and you’ve realized that control is no longer the answer.
4
You want to delegate — but letting go still feels risky.
On top of it all… you feel alone at the top
You want presence, clarity, and support that moves you forward — in your own way.
You don’t want more pressure.
If it sounds familiar, you’re in the right place!
LET’S TALK
Coaching with science
Coaching is a conversation that sparks reflection and supports you in achieving real outcomes— with focus, structure, and intention.

That’s how lasting change begins: from the inside out.

My role? To be your thinking partner in this process.
And the role of neuroscience?
Neuroscience studies how the brain learns, changes, and makes decisions.

In coaching, it reveals why we tend to repeat familiar patterns—and helps us build new paths: more conscious, more transformative.

What you gain

Through neuroscience-based coaching, shaped by real-world complexity, and sharpened by journalistic insight, we uncover what truly matters and turn that into action.
The result?
A new way of leading — that makes sense to you and works for those around you.

What I bring

My practice is built on solid foundations:
Decades as an international journalist, trained to listen deeply, ask powerful questions, challenge assumptions, offer support and bring clarity to complex stories.
Certification in brain-based leadership coaching — with a focus on how real, lasting change happens.
International academic background: Master’s in International Relations (Switzerland) and studies in US policymaking processes (USA) — bringing a deep understanding of how decisions are made, from individuals to institutions.
Curious how this could apply to your own leadership?
