About me

I’m a journalist and leadership coach, with dual Swiss-Brazilian nationality.

Over the past 10 years, I’ve been supporting senior leaders and executive teams in large European companies.

I speak five languages — and use three of them in my daily work: English, French and Portuguese.

I bring together:
  • Over 30 years as an international journalist — trained to listen deeply, ask powerful questions, and navigate complexity
  • Master’s in International Relations from the Graduate Institute, Geneva

  • Certificate in U.S. policy-making process (University of Maryland)

  • Certified in brain-based leadership coaching and conversations (NeuroLeadership Institute, London)
  • Certifications in MBTI (personality types) and digital marketing
From conflit zones to coaching rooms

For years, my life unfolded in airports, conflict zones, global summits, and high-pressure newsrooms.

I was chasing the big stories — and at the same time learning how people lead, connect, unravel, and rebuild under pressure.

Along the way, I also deepened my academic training.

These experiences shaped the coach I’ve become

They taught me to:
  • Listen with depth
  • Ask powerful questions
  • Make sense of complexity
Coaching was a natural next step.
What I combine — and why
Storytelling — to generate connection and meaning

Science — to support lasting change

Strategy — to navigate complex environments
Beyond work
Sport and meditation are my favourite forms of dopamine.

I’m a marathon runner, and I love hiking, snowboarding, and road cycling.

Recently, I’ve been exploring yoga — and discovering the power of silence, too.
